Have you heard about Celaleddin Rumi, also known simply as Rumi ? He is 13th century philosopher, religious guru and poet.His teachings are known by many people around the world.His precious book, Masnavi is read still up to this day by many people.

This is the dance show representing ritual that he was doing together with his followers. Some form of meditation, journey inside in order to understand reality and love. In this show you will be taken to 13th century caravanserai , Saruhan, by a car will witness this religious dance show for nearly an hour. You will find it relaxing and enjoying. It will be also an opportunity for you to turn inwards yourself to find peace in this marvellous atmosphere.

Information / Details to Know

Dervish show starts around 18.00 PM ( Beginning time may change during the year )

Whirling dervish show includes transportation from/to your hotel, show itself and relaxing traditional ottoman tea after the show.

We will pick you up from your hotel and pick up time will be informed after your booking.

Show will be in Saruhan Caravanserai which is built on 13th century.

No recording and photo is allowed during the show. When the show is over, we will inform you that you can take a photoshoot and vide shoot and will make sample show for photoshoot.

Dinner is not included in this show. If you want dinner with the show, you may check Turkish night show.

Please note that this is not a real religious ceremony but a show representing that ceremony.

Itinerary

We will pick you up from your hotel. Pick up time will be informed after your booking or day prior to your tour.

Then we will head to Saruhan Caravanserai.

After we arrive, you can walk around the Saruhan Caravanserai which is also a museum and get some information.

You may also sit on the couches and order for a tea/coffee. It is a special feeling to enjoy in this atmosphere.

Show will start around 18.00 ( Beginning time may change during the year )

Show consists of different different phases of Rumi Whirling Ceremony.

When the show finishes after an hour and you enjoy your tea, you will be taken to your hotel.
