Information / Details to Know

• It is always better to book in advance. It is sometimes impossible to find the spot 2-3 days prior to the flight.

• Since the balloon flights are early in the morning, you can easily attend your breakfast at the hotel and sightseeing tours after the flight. Customers usually do, hot air balloon tour in the morning , breakfast at the hotel and sightseeing tour in the day time.

• This is standart balloon flight for an hour. If you want longer time (1,5 hours) and a basket with less people (16 people ) instead of (20-28) you need to book deluxe flight.

• A day prior to the flight, you will be informed pick up time in the morning.

• Please take warm/portable clothes since it may be cold early morning.

• If the balloon flight is cancelled, your payment is refunded 100%.

• It is always better to book the balloon flight for the 1st morning of your holiday because it may get cancelled due to the bad weather conditions and you can try other days as well if there is availability.

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off, snack breakfast, balloon flight, flight ceremony and flight insurance is included in the price. We can pick you up from all the hotels in Cappadocia.

Itinerary

• Tour starts with pick up from the hotel. Pick up time will be told you a day before the flight when hotel pick-ups are organized. Shuttle will come to your hotel at that time for pick-up.

• After getting all guests, snack breakfast and beverages will be served before the flight takes place.

• Then you will watch when the balloons get inflated and ready for flight.

• You will be taken into the basket of the balloon. There will be different sections in the basket. After you are in, balloon pilot will inform you about the flight and positions you need to take in the flight.

• The balloon starts to fly and last for an hour approximately. You will have amazing views during the flight.

• After landing, there will be flight ceremony as well. You will be served champagne and flight certificate.

• Finally you will be taken to your hotel and tour finishes.
