Voyelo Travel Cancellation Policy

At Voyelo Travel, we aim to provide exceptional travel experiences and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that plans can change. Below is our detailed cancellation policy for our services.

1. General Information

Voyelo Travel offers two types of services:

• Single Day Tours and Activities: These include daily tours in Cappadocia and Istanbul, horse riding tours, ATV tours, balloon tours, Bosphorus cruises, and similar single-day activities.
• Travel Packages: These are multi-day packages ranging from 2 to 10 days, including flights, hotel accommodations, tours, and activities.
• Balloon Flights: Please note that while we strive to provide the tour with the specified basket capacity, the actual basket size may vary on the day of your flight. In certain cases, if the basket capacity differs from what was originally sold, we may refund the price difference, depending on availability and circumstances. Balloon tour reservations may be cancelled a day before the flight depending on the availability of the balloon operators. In such cases, our company assumes no responsibility; however, a full refund will be provided.

For all bookings, a deposit is required, which varies based on the service.

2. Cancellation Policy

Single Day Tours and Activities

• Cancellations 7 days or more in advance: Customers must cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled start time. 10% deduction of the total price applies. This deduction is from the total service price, not just the deposit.
• Cancellations within 6 days: For cancellations made within 6 days but more than 24 hours before the start date, the deposit is non-refundable. No additional charges for the remaining balance will be applied.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Travel Packages

• Important! In package cancellations that include a flight ticket, the flight ticket fee is non-refundable. Please consider the following points based on the remaining amount.


• Cancellations 7 days or more in advance: For cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of the package, a 10% deduction of the total package price applies. This deduction is from the total service price, not just the deposit.

3. Refunds

Refund Process: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the cancellation request. All refunds are subject to the stated cancellation deductions.

Non-refundable Items: Flight tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Changes to Bookings

Changes to bookings for both single-day tours and travel packages are subject to Voyelo Travel's discretion. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any potential changes to your reservation.
